Child Restraints

When you have a child, you want them to be as safe as possible at all times, including in the car. Victorian law requires that any child travelling in a vehicle must be seated in an approved child restraint device, fitted by an approved child restraint installer.

We’re authorised by VicRoads to fit all manner of child restraints for your vehicle, ensuring your loved one is as safe as possible while on the road.

Fleet Servicing

As a business ourselves, we know how devastating it can be for your bottom line to have a vehicle struck down with mechanical problems. Every day it’s not on the road earning you money is another day it’s not making a return on your investment in it.

That’s why we’re proud to offer our commercial customers the benefit of fleet servicing, including priority servicing and repairs and keeping record of your vehicles’ full service history. Ask one of our staff about fleet servicing today!

Vehicle Servicing

When buying a new vehicle the warranty it comes with provides some coverage against unexpected expenses in the years immediately after your purchase. To keep this warranty active for as long as possible, it’s required to bring your vehicle to a reputable mechanic or auto repairer for regular logbook servicing.

We can provide logbook servicing for all petrol, diesel and LPG powered vehicles, everything from passenger cars to light commercial vans and utes. You’ll be given advance warning of any developing mechanical problems, and you’ll leave our workshop with the peace of mind of an intact warranty.

Roadworthy Inspections

When selling or trading a used vehicle, or when transferring ownership to a new owner, it’s required that it has been deemed roadworthy by a VicRoads-licensed vehicle tester, to ensure that the new owner experiences no problems re-registering the vehicle and that it meets the standards needed for Victoria’s roads. As a VicRoads licensed vehicle tester we can conduct roadworthy inspections on all makes and models of light vehicle, and issue roadworthy certificates for vehicles that pass muster.

We can also conduct pre-purchase vehicle inspections for used car buyers, to ensure peace of mind with their new purchase.

Brake Repairs

Your vehicle’s brakes are your most important safety feature. Being able to bring your vehicle to a stop precisely when you need can make the difference between an emergency stop, and an expensive trip to a panel beater.

We’re able to maintain your vehicle’s brake systems, from repairing pedals and hydraulics to replacing worn pads, discs and drums. We can also machine new brake pads, replace damaged hydraulic hosing and restore the surface of brake discs, all to bolster your vehicle’s effective stopping power.

Steering & Suspension

If you’re experiencing body roll or other ride comfort issues, or if your car doesn’t handle as responsively as it once did, the problem most likely stems from a worn component in your vehicle’s suspension or steering column.

Our experienced team can replace faulty suspension parts, from shocks and springs to replacing your vehicle’s bushing, for a smoother, less jarring ride, as well as repair problems with your vehicle’s power steering system, and perform wheel alignments and balancing for maximum control on the road. We can also supply, fit and balance tyres for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, 4x4s and trucks, as well as install lift kits and 4WD upgrades.

Clutch & Transmission

A faulty clutch or transmission will affect your vehicle’s ability to reach or stay at high speeds, and can also prevent your car from moving at all. If your vehicle has trouble changing gears or staying in gear, or if you experience strange clunking noises or burnt smells from underneath the car, it typically indicates trouble with your drive train.

We’re able to provide servicing for your vehicle’s drive train, from clutch pedal and hydraulics to a complete servicing of your vehicle’s manual or automatic transmission.

Radiators & Cooling

Keeping your vehicle cool is vital to maintaining a healthy engine. An overheating engine can cause severe damage to your vehicle, and potentially result in a breakdown. If you think your vehicle might be overheating, it’s best to pull over immediately and let your engine cool down, or drive very carefully to our workshop for a check of your vehicle’s cooling system.

We can provide repairs and servicing for your vehicle’s cooling system, from a coolant flush to dislodge any clogs or blockages that might hamper your cooling system’s performance, to replacement of faulty radiators, heater units or thermostats.
